Siatex (BD) Limited (“Siatex”) does not send, and does not allow anyone to send, unsolicited messages to advertise siatex.ca or any of our other websites (siatex.com, siatexbd.com).
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to everyone who sends messages about Siatex: our employees, sales agents, affiliates, partners, resellers and any third party acting for us.
2. What we do not do
- We do not send unsolicited commercial email (“spam”), in bulk or one by one, to people who have not asked to hear from us.
- We do not buy, rent, sell or share email lists. We do not collect addresses from websites, directories or other public sources to send them marketing.
- We do not advertise our websites in unsolicited messages of any kind: email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media messages, or forum and blog comments.
- We do not use false or misleading sender names, subject lines or links, and we never hide who we are.
- We do not hire or allow affiliates or third-party marketers to advertise our websites with unsolicited messages.
3. Who we email
We only email:
- people and companies who contacted us first (through our website, by email, by phone or at a trade fair), about their inquiry;
- our customers, about their orders and our services;
- people who have agreed to receive news from us.
4. Stopping our emails
Every marketing email from us says who we are, gives our postal address, and tells you how to stop receiving our emails. If you ask us to stop, we stop immediately, and within 2 business days at the latest. We do not contact you by email again.
5. Reporting spam
If you receive an unsolicited message advertising one of our websites, from us or from anyone else, please forward it with its full headers to [email protected]. We investigate every report. Anyone found sending such messages for us is stopped at once: for employees this is a disciplinary matter, and for agents or partners it ends our cooperation.
